Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. In-stock domestic orders generally ship within two business days via Priority or 1st class mail with the USPS. ** We frequently issue credits when the actual shipping charge is much less than what you paid. When this occurs, you will be notified via email. ** Most all of our gifts can be shipped to any international location. Shipping to other countries will be calculated based on weight and destination per package. If you are ordering from outside the USA, we will contact you via email with your total cost. You are welcome to contact us to request a quote. When doing so, please be sure to include all the items you wish to purchase, as well as the shipping address.
Many of our items include shipping within the USA. Be sure to look for the "Shipping Included Within The USA" flag, when viewing the product details. All other items will reference the following chart to calculate shipping charges, unless you are placing an order from outside the USA.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within thirty days for a prompt refund. Merchandise which is returned in new, unused condition will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to exchange an item(s) simply call our toll free number 1-888-720-2295 or include a note with your returned item(s). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
